Uncomplicate Ag provides customized, service-based work focused on operations improvement and process clarity. Because services are tailored to each client, the following refund policy applies.

Initial Alignment Calls

Initial alignment calls are provided to confirm fit, scope, and expectations.
There is no charge for this call, and no refund policy applies.

Deposits

Deposits are required after the alignment call and before work begins.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started

  • Work is considered started when preparation, documentation, analysis, or a working session begins

Deposits secure time, planning, and resources dedicated to your engagement.

Completed Work

Due to the customized nature of services:

  • Refunds are not provided for completed work

  • Final payment is due upon delivery of agreed-upon deliverables

Once deliverables have been provided, the service is considered fulfilled.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you cancel after payment but before work has started, you may request a refund of amounts paid minus any preparation or administrative work already completed.

Any approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Engagement Changes or Pauses

If an engagement needs to be paused or rescheduled due to client availability, timelines may be adjusted accordingly. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by lack of client participation.

Uncomplicate Ag does not guarantee specific financial, operational, or business outcomes. Results depend on client participation, implementation, and external factors beyond our control.
