From there, I build a simple, usable CRM or relationship tracker that fits how you actually work. This is a quick win for businesses that feel scattered or reactive when it comes to communication. It also serves as a practical starting point for improving the broader Sales, Intake, and Follow-Up process if you choose to continue. Clients may stop here with immediate clarity. Others use this foundation to improve efficiency, response times, and customer experience over time. What to Expect Step 1: Initial Alignment Call We start with a short call to confirm fit, understand how you currently track relationships, and align on goals and scope. Step 2: Deposit & Intake Setup After the alignment call, a deposit is collected and we confirm: What types of relationships you need to track (leads, customers, vendors, referrals, etc.) Key stages or statuses Follow-up preferences and timing Step 3: Build & Organization I build a custom CRM or relationship tracker using simple tools (such as Google Sheets or OneNote), tailored to your workflow. This includes cleaning up and importing up to 75 existing contacts so the system is usable right away. Step 4: Delivery & Walkthrough You receive the completed CRM along with a walkthrough that shows how to use, maintain, and adapt it as your business changes.
