Service Description

This service focuses on one critical financial process: how receipts and financial documents move through your business today. Instead of just cleaning things up, we step back and document how receipts are currently captured, stored, and handed off. From there, I organize everything into a clear, consistent, accountant-ready system that makes financial recordkeeping easier to manage going forward. This is a quick win for businesses feeling buried in screenshots, emails, PDFs, and paper, and it also serves as a practical starting point for improving the broader Financial Flow process if you choose to continue. What to Expect Step 1: Initial Alignment Call We start with a short call to confirm fit, understand where receipts currently live, and align on scope and expectations. Step 2: Deposit & Intake Setup After the alignment call, a deposit is collected and we confirm: Receipt sources (email, phone, paper, PDFs, portals) Preferred categories Any bookkeeping or tax-specific requirements Step 3: Cleanup & Organization I process each receipt, rename and categorize files, remove duplicates, note missing items, and build a clean, logical folder structure. Step 4: Delivery & Walkthrough You receive the completed folder system and a categorized receipt spreadsheet, along with a walkthrough so everything is clear and usable. Outcome A fully organized, accountant-ready receipt library. Receipts renamed, categorized, and easy to retrieve. A detailed spreadsheet including vendor, date, amount, and category. Clear visibility into your financial documentation. A solid foundation for improving efficiency in your financial workflow. Pricing (Based on Volume) $350 — up to 200 receipts $400 — up to 300 receipts $450 — up to 400 receipts $500 — up to 500 receipts Over 500 receipts will be quoted after the initial alignment call. Payment Details $150 deposit due after the alignment call if decided to move forward. Final payment is due upon delivery. Final invoice is based on the actual number of receipts processed. Important Note This service is not bookkeeping, accounting, or tax preparation. It focuses on improving how financial documents are captured, organized, and handed off so your records are clear, accessible, and ready for your CPA or bookkeeper. Any tax or accounting work remains with your licensed professional.
