Service Description
This is where almost all clients start. This service focuses on one core process in your business that feels broken, inefficient, or harder than it should be. It’s designed to create immediate clarity while also laying the foundation for deeper improvement if you choose to continue. Rather than jumping straight to fixes, we start by understanding how the work actually happens today. Together, we walk through the current process step by step, identify where things slow down or break, and document the real workflow in a clear, usable way. This may include areas like scheduling, onboarding, pasture rotations, order management, task flow, or internal admin, but the focus is always on one process at a time so the work stays practical and manageable. You’ll receive a clean workflow map and supporting documentation that turns tribal knowledge into something repeatable, visible, and easier to run. Clients can stop here and still see immediate value. Others use this as the first step toward improving efficiency and implementation. What to Expect Step 1: Initial Alignment Call We start with a short call to make sure we’re aligned on the process to focus on, confirm fit, and walk through what success looks like. Step 2: Deposit & Working Session After the alignment call, a deposit is collected, and we schedule a focused working session. During this session, we walk through the current process in detail, identify pain points, handoffs, and breakdowns, and confirm what needs to be documented. Step 3: Documentation & Build I map the workflow, document the process, and create 1–2 supporting SOPs in clear, plain language. Step 4: Delivery & Walkthrough You receive the completed workflow map and documentation, along with a walkthrough to ensure everything is clear and usable. Outcome • A streamlined, documented, easy-to-follow workflow. • A visual process map that shows how the work actually flows. • Clear SOPs that reduce mistakes, rework, and confusion. • A solid foundation for efficiency improvements or implementation support, if needed. Payment Details • Deposit is collected after the initial alignment call once a good fit is determined by both parties. • Final payment is due at delivery of the completed workflow, SOPs, and folder structure.
